Subject: You want to play games? Or do you want to win them?

Look, I’m not going to stand here and tell you this is just another coding competition. It’s not. This isn’t a classroom exercise where everyone gets a participation trophy and a pat on the back.

This is the Pit Stop Hackathon. And in this world, you’re either on the podium, or you’re just part of the crowd. Which one are you?

The Premise: Formula 1.

Formula 1 isn’t just about the guy behind the wheel. That’s what the amateurs watch. The people who understand the sport know the race is won and lost in the pit lane. It’s a symphony of engineering, data analytics, and split-second decisions. 2.4 seconds can be the difference between a Championship and a footnote in history.

That’s your challenge. We’re taking that high-stakes, high-pressure environment and putting you in the cockpit.

The Challenge: Build the Brain of a Champion.

We’re giving you the data. Telemetry, tire degradation, weather patterns, competitor speeds—the same raw information that feeds the Wall of Command at Mercedes or Red Bull.

Your job? Build the system that tells the driver what to do.

We’re looking for teams who can build:

  • Predictive Pit Stop Strategists: An AI that can look at the race unfolding and know, with 90% certainty, exactly when to box for intermediates.
  • Real-Time Race Engineers: Dashboards that don’t just show data, but interpret it. A UI that filters out the noise and gives the driver the one piece of information that wins the race.
  • Telemetry Analyzers: Algorithms that catch a suspension failure before the driver even feels a vibration.

This isn't about writing "Hello World." This is about writing the code that dictates the world.

The Stakes: Don't waste my time.

I don't care about your excuses. I don't care about your "learning experience." I care about results.

Here is what’s on the line for the team that proves they have the fastest mind in the room:

  • The Winner's Purse: A cash prize of [Insert Prize Amount] that actually means something.
  • The Internship Grid: Direct interviews with [Sponsor Company Names]. We’re putting you in front of the people who sign the checks.
  • The Trophy: The kind of hardware that actually looks good on a shelf. Or a resume.

The Harvey Specter Rule of Engagement

You think you’re the best? Good. Prove it.

I’m looking for three types of people to form the ultimate pit crew:

  1. The Data Architect: You dream in Python and you make SQL sing. You handle the back end.
  2. The Front-End Virtuoso: You don't just make it work, you make it beautiful. Your UI is so clean, it’s aerodynamic.
  3. The Strategist: You understand the math. You can spot the pattern in the noise. You’re the brains of the operation.

Find your people. Form your team. And come ready to compete.

Don’t come to me after the fact and tell me you should have been there. The door is open. The green light is on.

The question is: Are you going to floor it, or are you going to hit the brakes?
