Marketplace Rules & Prohibited Items
To maintain a safe, legal, and trustworthy environment, all users must follow these rules when listing items in the Marketplace. Violations may result in listing removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.
1. Listing & Description Rules
- Item title and description must accurately describe the item.
- Using misleading descriptions or false information is not allowed.
- Listings cannot attempt to bypass moderation or re-upload banned content.
2. Illegal & Controlled Substances
- Selling, promoting, or listing illegal drugs, narcotics, or controlled substances is prohibited.
- Selling prescription or over-the-counter medications without proper authorization is not allowed.
- Selling alcohol, tobacco, or vaping products without a valid license is prohibited.
3. Weapons & Hazardous Items
- Selling or displaying firearms, ammunition, explosives, or weapon accessories is not allowed.
- Selling knives, tasers, pepper sprays, or other weapons is prohibited.
- Listing hazardous, toxic, flammable, or radioactive materials is not allowed.
4. Fraud, Identity & Financial Restrictions
- Selling stolen, fraudulent, or unlawfully obtained goods is prohibited.
- Selling government-issued IDs, licenses, credit/debit cards, or identity-related items is not allowed.
- Selling or exchanging currency, coins, or virtual currencies unofficially is prohibited.
- Selling unregistered stocks, bonds, or investment schemes, including Ponzi or pyramid schemes, is not allowed.
- Selling forged documents, fake certificates, or fraudulent tickets is prohibited.
5. Adult & Obscene Content
- Sharing or listing pornographic, adult, or sexually explicit content is prohibited.
- Selling or promoting sex toys or items intended for sexual activity is not allowed.
- Posting obscene, suggestive, or explicit imagery or text is prohibited.
6. Health & Medical Items
- Selling medical devices or health products without verification or prescription is not allowed.
- Selling vaccines, oxygen concentrators, or medical-grade supplies without proper approval is prohibited.
7. Animals & Wildlife
- Selling live animals or pets without platform verification is not allowed.
- Selling animal fur, ivory, or wildlife products banned by law is prohibited.
8. Digital & Intellectual Property
- Selling counterfeit, fake, or replica branded goods is prohibited.
- Selling or distributing pirated software, cracked apps, or illegal digital media is not allowed.
- Listing hacking tools, spyware, surveillance devices, or data theft software is prohibited.
9. Social & Community Conduct
- Posting content that promotes hate speech, violence, or harassment is not allowed.
- Selling or displaying symbols or content related to extremist or terrorist groups is prohibited.
- Posting discriminatory content based on race, religion, gender, or nationality is prohibited.
10. Gambling, Tickets & Events
- Selling or distributing gambling materials, lottery tickets, or betting tokens is not allowed.
- Selling event or travel tickets that violate transfer or resale rules is prohibited.
11. Legal Compliance
- Listing any product or service that violates local, national, or international law is not allowed.
- Selling any product that can harm humans, animals, or the environment is prohibited.
- Listing products that require legal permits or age verification without compliance is prohibited.
